Due to the economic climate of a Global pandemic, a countrywide lock down occurred in March 2020 halting business operations across many industries to a standstill. It was imperative to continue to communicate CIBC’s product accessibility – sending an online global money transfer safely and securely from your home. The challenge was to pivot and develop new campaign assets with limited production facilities that were available.
We leveraged iconography and illustration to creative communication focused around sending money from home. The messaging was crafted to speak to new and existing CIBC clients promoting the overall offer and product benefits.
The 15-sec film was produced and immediately replaced across all platforms including TV and Digital along with paid digital and social support. The campaign was touted for maintaining brand relevancy during the unpredictable and challenging times.
